Scallop tempura
List of ingredients: - 300 gr. scallops
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 tablespoons flour
- salt, soy sauce, black ground pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Method of preparation:
Wash scallops, dry them, add soy sauce, a little salt and pepper.
Mix them well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Prepare batter: beat eggs, add flour, mix thoroughly with a fork or a whisk (the batter should resemble thick cream).
Dip the marinated scallops in the batter and fry on each side for 2 minutes in vegetable oil.

Dumplings with scallop
List of ingredients: - 600 gr. wheat flour
- 200 gr. water
- 1 egg
- 600 gr. scallop meat
- 100 gr. cream
- 100 gr. butter
- dried dill, ground white and green pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Skip the scallop meat through a meat grinder, combine with cream, salt and pepper. Knead the dough from flour, salted water and egg, roll it into a thin layer, cut circles, put in the center of each bit of the filling and pinch the edges. Boil the dumplings in salted water, arrange on plates, season with butter, sprinkle with herbs and garnish with lettuce leaves.
